After taking a Post Graduate Diploma in Newspaper Journalism at Cardiff University I joined the Press Association in 1998 as a graduate trainee and have been a working journalist ever since. I was as a Parliamentary Reporter in the House of Commons for PA; health correspondent for PA, and joined the Daily Express as Consumer Editor in 2002. I worked as a staff news reporter for Express Newspapers for sixteen years and have a wealth of experience in writing, interviewing and telling stories. I continue to work as a freelance journalist. My work has appeared in a range of publications including The Guardian (print and online), The Independent, The Daily Mirror, Daily Express, Daily Star and Good Housekeeping (online).
